Turn Key Projects
Turnkey rental properties empower investors, since the properties have already been fully rehabbed, tenant occupied, and have property management in place.
We manage the entire project for you and yes you are welcome to work along if you want to learn. We will prepare construction schedules, create a budget, and coordinate subcontractors throughout the life of the project.

Once a project has been targeted, the next step is site/property selection — finding the best property. This Service is personally provided by Priyanshu (Pri) Adathakkar who is a licensed Realtor with Red One Realty
Pri found that while there was tremendous interest among people to become real estateinvestors they lacked the experience to successfully execute projects or to qualify for funding. He also realized that many people did not have enough cash reserves to even undertake a project.
Keeping these in mind he came up with a support structure to support new investors. When investigating barriers faced by new investorsPri also realized that even active investors lacked the basic knowledge or the tools to effectively leverage their dollars to maximize profits. Investors had heard of concepts such as CAP rates, cash-on-cash, and 1031 exchanges but they really did not understand them.
